B&H won against Georgia in the First Game in Slovenia

košarkaB&H basketball mens’s team won the selection of Georgia with 68:63 in the first preparatory game in Slovenia for the European Championship which begins in September in Slovenia.

B&H won against Georgia at the match that was played in Celje,  with the sustained effect of captain Mirza Teletović who scored 15 points, Stipanović added ten more points and Zack Wright and Nihad Đedović by nine points.

The coach of B&H representation Aleksandar Petrović brought to Slovenia 14 players which will play again tonight against Georgia, but this time in Jesenice for the group stage of European Championship.

On Friday, the match with Slovenia is scheduled, and on Saturday with Russia, also in Jesenice.

After a tournament in Slovenia, the team will come back to B&H, and until the end of the preparations will participate in tournaments in Germany and Greece.

B&H in the European Championship in Slovenia will participate in the group with Latvia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Lithuania. The first match is on 4th September against Latvia.

The final list of 12 players Petrović will announce before leaving for the tournament in Germany.
