Turkish Akhisar led by Susic won the Super Cup

Finals of Turkish Super Cup was played between the teams of Galatasaray and Akhisar of our Safet Susic and Avdija Vrsajevic in Konya, at the Buyuksehir Belediye Stadium. Akhisar won after better performance of the penalty shoots and score 6: 5.

The team of the most successful selector in the history of BH football played a fantastic match against the Turkish club with the highest numbers of trophies.

Akhisar managed to score already in the fifth minute of the match. Seleznev scored on the great joy of Susic’s team. Akhisar almost scored two goals, but the attackers of this team were not ready for action in crucial moments.

Galtasaray was better in the second half, but Akhisar also had its chances. Since there was no winners after 90 minutes, the Super Cup finals were continued with extra time. There was no winner in the additional 30 minutes as well, so they continued the match with penalty shoot-out.

After a better performance of the penalty shoot-out, Safet Susic’s Akhisar celebrated the victory. Oztruk defended the last penalty to Gomis.
