Big-hearted People from BiH saved an Orphan from Nepal

The association “Solidarnost” from Bihac has been organizing humanitarian actions and activities for years to help the most vulnerable people in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), but also around the world. They mainly focus on orphans, children without parents who are alone. In the past few days, members of the association visited Nepal, where they saved Abdullah from, as they say, “the claws of a merciless uncle”.

“His name is Abdullah, a boy without a father and a mother. He lived with his aunt, who is also a widow, and the organization built a house for her. The aunt has two sons, a son in Oman, and a son who is older than Abdullah who was with us all the time. The school director told us Abdullah’s very difficult life story. He lost his parents when he was little. He was in a foster family that was horrible to him. They beat him, they didn’t give him food. Then his uncle took him, who was no better. He made him work, beat him, and didn’t let him go to school. He took all the donations Abdullah got for himself, especially money. The director wanted to place him in the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation orphanage. Thank God, we decided that he should immediately go to boarding school after he says goodbye to his aunt,” the organization said.

Abdullah’s story touched many who immediately sent money for him. Everything was bought for Abdullah and now, as they say, he is safe and protected.

“We all cried and were extremely grateful to God for saving him. Thank you very much for your support. I pray to God that our Abdullah will be blessed from now on and that in God’s grace, he will finish school,” says a woman from the organization.

It is also planned to establish a Fund for this boy.

During the visit to Nepal, the Association “Solidarnost” distributed money and other types of aid to other vulnerable families with children. Campaigns to help the people of Palestine are ongoing and have been going on for several years.
