BiH Ambassador to Croatia attributes State Property to the Republika Srpska

Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to Croatia, Aleksandar Vranjes, made scandalous statements on the subject of state property, as well as the organization of BiH.

During his appearance on the TV show, this Dodik‘s diplomat tried to dispute the state property of BiH.

“Just like private property, state property is also something that is a feature of the subjectivity of a certain state. If the position of the Republika Srpska (RS) is defined in Dayton, and BiH which is defined as a state community, is composed with a clear scope of the territory,” said the head of the BiH embassy in Zagreb.

Although Ambassador Vranjes knows this, it should be repeated to him – BiH is not “made up of entities”, but BiH consists of two entities and Brcko District. This is also written in the Constitution of BiH, while state property – as the name suggests – belongs to the state of BiH.

Vranjes, a professor at the Faculty of Political Science in Banja Luka, also said that “any questioning of the ownership structure calls into question only the territory, so the question of the survival and existence of the RS arises”.

“This is an attack on subjectivity, that is, on the RS itself and its sovereignty, which it carries, which it brought to Dayton and which it has,” mentioned Vranjes.

He disputed the legitimacy of the PIC (Peace Implementation Council), saying that it was formed illegally before the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, and he also criticized the Constitutional Court of BiH.

It is not the first time that Vranjes, the ambassador of BiH, has made anti-state and anti-Dayton claims, Klix.ba reports.
