BiH and WHO Regional Office for Europe sign two-year Agreement on Cooperation

After a meeting of the Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Europe Hans Kluge with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Minister of Civil Affairs Ankica Gudeljevic, entity prime ministers and entity ministers of health, Minister Gudeljevic held a separate meeting with Kluge.

At the beginning of the meeting, a two-year cooperation agreement was signed between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the WHO Regional Office for Europe 2020/2021.

He added that “the Ministry did everything in its competence”, and shared the common intention with Minister Gudeljevic that the best should be done for the people.

Kluge thanked Minister Gudeljevic for the reception and expressed satisfaction for extremely good communication and very successful work during the entire pandemic with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.

Minister Gudeljević announced three pillars of further activities, including visits to the entity ministries of health and public health institutes, activities related to smart cards and the start of activities related to the mental health of BiH residents, given the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, announced the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.
