In just 12 hours from the launch of the appeal for young Amina Zjakić from Bugojno, funds were collected for her treatment.

As announced by the humanitarian organization Pomozi.ba, the appeal was shared more than 11,000 times.

“In just 12 hours since the launch of the appeal for young Amina, the funds have been collected. In this short time, the appeal has been shared more than 11 thousand times, and on behalf of Amina, we thank all those who helped in any way to reach this quickly to the finish line,” their announcement states.

Let’s remind you, Amina’s student life ended before it began.

She enrolled in the faculty and received an index, but fell ill in August 2023 and waited for lectures in a hospital bed.

Her youth, dreams and plans were destroyed by a serious disease, a tumor on the spinal cord.

Doctors in our country recommended surgery and treatment abroad. A very risky operation on the spinal cord has already been done in Istanbul, and now she is being followed by radiotherapy. 24,285 euros are needed for her treatment.
