BiH can be found in the ‘golden middle’ with 33 percent when it comes to supporting American leadership in the world, according to a report “American Project on Global Leadership”, which was done jointly by the Centers “Mediridan International” and “Gallup”.
The report centered on the approval of US leadership in the world, and the percentage for BiH represents the average percentage for all of Europe. This percentage varied throughout the year, and during last year it witnessed an increase.
When it comes to the European average, there was a fall by 11 points from Obama’s first mandate, but it is two times greater in relation to the Bush administration. The huge drop in European support was marked last year, when the calculated average support was 36 percent. This is considerably less than in 2011, when the percentage was 42 percent.
Regardless of the drop in support, it is still retained in Kosovo, Albania, Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Italy. There is also a drop in support in Hungary, Croatia and Macedonia.
