BiH Council of Minister, by majority vote, determined the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Public Broadcasting system of BiH, which was proposed by the Chairman of BiH Council of Ministers after the competent ministry did not prepare the proposal of that law in their plan for 2013.

The proposal will with incorporated suggestions and comments be submitted to the BiH Parliament for consideration by the basic legislative procedure.

This law provides for the establishment of broadcasting channel in the Croatian language, as a public broadcasting service to which will go 20 percent of net income from the marketing of advertising and 20 percent of the total amount of commissions paid to broadcasters in BiH.

BiH House of Peoples commissioned in 2008 BiH Council of Ministers to initiate the process of establishing the broadcasting channel in the Croatian language.
