The Draft Law on Courts and the Draft Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be considered at the session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina scheduled for today.
The ministers will consider the Draft Law on the organization of the wine market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, as well as the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners of the Ministry of Security of BiH.
It will also consider the Proposal for a Decision on displaying the European Union flag in ministries, administrative organizations and other bodies of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on repealing the Decision on declaring a state of natural or other disaster on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Also on the agenda is the Proposal for a Decision on approving funds from the current budget reserve of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the international obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2023, as well as a Report on the effects of the implementation of the Decision on the temporary ban on the export of certain forest wood assortments and the Proposal for a Decision on the temporary ban on the export of certain forest products wood assortments.
Consideration of the Proposal for a Decision on the Adoption of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism for the Period 2021 – 2026 and the Proposal for the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on the Use of Telephones is also expected.
