Session of the National Assembly of the smaller entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) held on Tuesday and the decisions made concerning the Constitutional Court of BiH were the most brutal attack on the constitutional and legal order of BiH, and thus on the Dayton Peace Agreement.
This is stated in the reaction of BiH Defense Minister Zukan Helez.
”Although the majority of BiH media called me, and as I did not want to make announcements selectively, I am using this opportunity to share my position with the BiH public. As a responsible man, as someone who loves and lives in this country, and finally as the Minister of Defense of the State of BiH, I assure you that we will not remain silent on the secessionist rampages of the smaller BiH entity led by its president, ” noted Helez and added:
”I will say that we have two plans, and maybe scenarios; Plan “A” is the prosecution of all actors who, with their approval, participated in the attack on the constitutional and legal order of BiH. Therefore, I invite the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to do its job in accordance with the Constitution and the Criminal Code of BiH (Chapter XVI, Article 156). I also invite Mr. Schmidt to use all the powers assigned to him by his position, and thus liberate BiH from the secessionist terror that we have been facing for decades, and thus once and for all extinguish every subsequent secessionist flame, no matter from which side it comes, and no matter from whose head it comes! I am a legalist, I believe that the resulting situation can be resolved within the institutions of BiH.
Helez repeats that he wants to believe that the resulting situation can and will be resolved in accordance with the Constitution and laws of this country.
If not, in that case, we have plan “B”. Only all 51,209 km² and nothing else,” said Helez.
