President of the People and Justice (Narod i Pravda) Elmedin Konakovic spoke on Thursday night at the forum of this party, which was held in the Sarajevo municipality of Novi Grad. Konakovic spoke about the results of this party in the past six years, but also about current political events. He made claims against the leader of the DF and the chairman of the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Presidency, Zeljko Komsic.
Konakovic said that the best indicator is the “difference in policies is the response of the SDA and the DF to reject the invitation to come to the meeting”.
“I want to remind you that, when the opportunity arose for BiH to make a step forward, we were ready to go to Neum, even though we knew it was a political risk. Then we truly showed that the state of BiH is more important to us than the party or any personal benefit. I checked and received confirmation from several sources that Zeljko Komsic himself, at a meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Rutte in the BiH Presidency, requested that the European Union (EU) not open negotiations with BiH. That’s the difference between us and them, imagine a leader who says don’t open negotiations with us,” Konakovic said, adding that “SDA and DF would certainly be ready for various concessions and political trade in order to ensure benefits for themselves or ensured that the cadres of these parties who are in custody today will be released”.
Referring to the situation in Canton Sarajevo (CS), Konakovic said that the pillar of change in this Canton is People and Justice, and that a number of things that were unthinkable just a few years ago are now expected and normal, N1 writes.
