BiH FM talked with O’Brien about the European path and the Political Climate in BiH

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, met on Friday in Sarajevo with the Assistant Secretary of State of the United States of America (USA) for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O’Brien.

“At the meeting between Minister Konaković and US Assistant Secretary of State O’Brien, they discussed the European path and the political climate in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The strong strategic interest of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina was highlighted, and the commitment to support Bosnia and Herzegovina’s path towards a stable and prosperous future was confirmed,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.

It is added that during the conversation, the support of the USA to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of BiH was emphasized.

The meeting was also attended by the US Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Michael Murphy.
