BiH Foreign Minister meets with Delegation from Ukraine

The Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković met yesterday with the delegation of the Government of Ukraine, which included the Deputy Minister of Finance Olga Zikova and the Commissioner for Public Debt of Ukraine Jurij Butsa.

During the meeting, Minister Turković expressed the majority support of the people and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the struggle of the Ukrainian people for freedom, peace and territorial integrity.

She informed the interlocutors that Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with the law, strategic documents and international obligations, joined the European Union resolutions condemning Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Also, there was talk of strengthening the relations between the two countries. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the meeting between the Constituent Assembly of the World Bank and the IMF, which is being held today in the capital of BiH, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH announced.
