The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, had a telephone conversation with the new Minister of State for Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Defense and International Security, National and Economic Security and Growth of the United Kingdom, Lord Wood.
During the conversation, opinions were exchanged on the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European path of our country, the role of the Office of the High Representative (OHR), the continuation of reform processes and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom.
Minister Wood expressed strong support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing that the United Kingdom strongly supports the role of the OHR and remains a dedicated partner to Bosnia and Herzegovina on its European and Euro-Atlantic path.
The interlocutors confirmed their determination to continue close cooperation and joint efforts aimed at preserving stability, security and speeding up reform processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
