The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, is also participating in the two-day Peace Summit for Ukraine, which began today.

Five days ago, at the invitation of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Bećirović also attended the Summit in Berlin, where security in Europe and the reconstruction of Ukraine were discussed.

The Summit, which is being held at the request of Ukraine, is attended by representatives of EU member states, G7, some of the G20 and BRICS member states, as well as high-ranking officials of three international organizations (UN, OSCE and Council of Europe) and representatives of the Vatican and the Patriarchate of Constantinople.

The goal of this two-day summit, in which representatives of more than 100 countries are participating, is to find a platform for future high-level dialogue on ways to achieve a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations, announced the Cabinet of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency.
