BiH Presidency Chairman met with the King of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander

His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands received the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović in an audience, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In the royal palace in The Hague, Bećirović was welcomed with the highest state honors, and King Willem-Alexander gave him a warm welcome.

Bećirović and Willem-Alexander noted that this visit represents a sign of mutual will and commitment to strengthen the very good and friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Netherlands, Denis Bećirović’s office announced.

Also, Bećirović thanked for the entire support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the reconstruction and development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially for the support of the EU and NATO towards Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that Bosnia and Herzegovina highly values ​​the principled support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was established that the relations between the two countries are very good, but that there are still plenty of opportunities for intensifying cooperation.

Bećirović invited King Willem-Alexander to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina and emphasized that it would be an honor for all citizens to show hospitality to the Dutch king, the Cabinet of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency announced.
