BiH Presidency Members Meet with UK Prime Minister’s Deputy National Security Adviser

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović met in London with Nick Catsaras, Deputy National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

The meeting discussed current security challenges in Europe and the world, as well as potential areas of cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom in preserving peace, stability and security.

During the meeting, Member of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić emphasized the importance of the United Kingdom’s continued support for preserving stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as further strengthening the partnership between the two countries.

Member of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić and his interlocutors discussed how to improve cooperation within the Berlin Process, emphasizing its importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region as a whole. He welcomed the fact that the United Kingdom is hosting the summit this year, assessing it as positive, and stressed that he has supported this initiative from the very beginning.

Nick Catsaras confirmed the commitment of the United Kingdom Government to preserving peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and emphasized that they remain a reliable partner to our country on its path towards Euro-Atlantic integration, Komšić’s office announced.
