The house for saleIn Sarajevo, an Association of Professionals in Real Estate was formed, and according to “Slobodna Bosna”, this Association gathered the biggest experts from BiH in this area in order to bring order in the field of real estate, one of the most important areas in the economic sector.

The promotion of the newly-established Association will be held at the beginning of May in Sarajevo. The promotion will be attended by leaders in banks, international audit firms, professors, representatives of competent authorities in BiH, as asll we owners and managers of leading BiH companies.

The project was launched by prof. dr Muharem Karamujić, the only person from BiH who is a member of the prestigious Royal Institute of Great Britain RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

“Every significant credit in the economy is secured with immovable property, which should be evaluated by specific international standards. In this sense, it is very important to those who take credit, to know the exact value of that property. In Sarajevo there are tens of thousands of private houses and other buildings that are not legalized, which significantly complicates the currency of that estate. This sector presents a huge potential for injecting money into the system, which would certainly accelerate a troubled economy. The Association is important to define the value in currency of traffic as well as other areas that are related to this branch’’, said Karamujić.

The project is supported by the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, which thus enabled the introduction of the world’s highest standards in BIH.
