BiH’s Bank presents Business Opportunities to Chinese Delegation

Business delegation from China paid a visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) Bosna Bank International (BBI) here on Friday, getting acquainted with the possible cooperation, BBI said in a statement on Friday.

During the meeting, Chinese delegation was informed on business and investment opportunities in BiH, as well as about the potential of BiH.

BBI director Amer Bukvic presented the possibilities of cooperation and investment in the region through the annual event – Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF).

During the meeting, it was explained that 10th SBF brought some 2,000 guests from 50 countries, presenting them 350 projects.

Bukvic emphasized that Chinese delegation visit is “very important for the BiH economy and open doors to BiH’s businessmen for new cooperation.”

“Chinese are interested in investing in tourism and the energy sector,” Bukvic said.

A delegation from China, which has 37 senior executives from some of Hong Kong’s most important companies that visited BBI consisted of leading persons in the field of construction, health and chemical industry, telecommunications, tourism, fashion and creative industries, hotels and IT, the press statement adds.
