Prevent Components, a member of the Prevent Group, has expanded its collaboration with the renowned worldwide premium car brand Aston Martin. On this occasion, representatives of this brand are visiting Prevent in Srebrenica and Gorazde to get acquainted with activities on new product development and high-quality standards.

In addition to the leather lamination of the steering wheel frame, which was the first project for this customer, the company announced that they have just received a confirmation of the process and product development on the first SUV model of the Aston Martin DBX.

“We are especially proud because this is a project that our staff in collaboration with Aston Martin engineers have been developing over the past year, and absolutely all plastic blinds and seat panels will be made in leather here right here at Prevent Components in Srebrenica.”

“In the next period we are planning to start production of plastic components for the interior of vehicles of this famous brand, which will certainly represent a significant success not only for Prevent, but also generally for the development of this industry in BiH. The planned start of production is May next year,” said the director Prevent Components by Enes Hadziahmic.

In the past, Prevent Components has also launched new projects for brands such as Volvo, Land Rover and Jaguar, where it has positioned itself as a reliable and quality supplier of plastic components for vehicle interiors.

With the construction of a new production hall on an area of 10,800 m2, it was invested in the development of new technologies in the segment of plastic and polyurethane processing. Prevent Components operates in two locations, Srebrenica and Gorazde, with a total of 200 employees. It markets its products to markets in Europe, Asia, Africa and America, Klix.ba news portal reports.
