The Bijeljina Trade Chamber and the Janja local community will continue with the realization of the project “Turkey and BIH-bridge of culture and civilization through the prism of economic cooperation in context of EU integration”, which is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey via their Embassy in Sarajevo.

Bijeljina is one of the 12 local communities in the RS and the FBiH where this project is being realized, and whose goal is to improve economic relations and contacts between Turkish and BiH businesspeople, and to present the 2 countries as possible bridges of civilization, culture, religion and people of the ‘east’ and ‘west’.

The Ambassador of Turkey to BiH Ahmet Yildiz will attend, as well as representatives of Turkish Ziraat Bank Bosnia, BIGMEV, representatives of the Secretariat of the Turkish Embassy in Sarajevo and Edhem Pašić from the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting will be held in the building ‘City of Bijeljina’ and will begin at 12:15.
