Besides these legal amendments in the area of excises, the Board of the ITA adopted drafts on amendments to the Law on Payments on the Single Account and distribution of revenues and the Law on the Indirect Taxation System.

According to the draft of the adopted amendments, the funds from increased excises in the amount of 0.15 BAM will be paid to purpose accounts and sub-account, which are intended for the construction of motorways and roads, as stated after the session of the Board of the ITA.

The Draft Laws will be sent to further adoption procedure in the Council of Ministers of BiH, and later to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH as well.
