Prime Minister of FBiH Fadil Novalic and Prime Minister of the RS Zeljka Cvijanovic addressed the public after a joint session of entity governments that was held in Sarajevo.

Prime Minister of the RS Zeljka Cvijanovic stated that she is satisfied that a joint session of the entity governments was held after six months.

The Prime Minister of the RS also said that the officials discussed the protection of domestic agricultural producers, and announced that the entity governments will jointly request the beginning of some activities from the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Prime Minister of the FBiH Fadil Novalic stated that the authorities want to solve all the deformations that are referring to entities.

When it comes to excise duties, Prime Minister of the RS Zeljka Cvijanovic said that the stand of the RS government is already known. She noted that there is no need to emphasize that the funds will not be used for a purpose, as they are always used for a purpose.

“There is no unique stand. We will stick to our earlier proposal,” said PM Cvijanovic.

Novalic stated that citizens need excise taxes and that they are adopted on the state level. According to him, the Government of FBiH will direct excise money to the construction of roads and highways.
