Borislav Gligorević was found guilty of raping three women in Liplje, where around 400 Bosniak civilians were detained from 25 May to 2 June, as a member of the “White Eagles” unit. He was convicted of crimes against humanity.

He was sentenced to ten years in prison by the Court of BiH. The Court partially accepted the request of the injured parties and ordered the accused to pay each of the three injured parties 10,000 marks in compensation for mental anguish.

The Chairman of the Council, Davorin Jukić, explained that the request was not fully accepted because the traumas they experienced were not caused solely by the accused.
