After the victory of the BiH national team against Qatar 3:1, a place in the knockout phase was still not secured, because the outcome in the other groups was awaited, that is, to see if our national team will still be among the eight best third-placed national teams.
Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait long. It turned out that the match between Brazil and Scotland can decide whether Bosnia and Herzegovina goes to the round of 16, and what Sergej Barbarez’s team needed was a victory for Brazil.
That’s exactly what happened, Brazil beat Scotland 3:0 and thus “traced the path” for the BiH team among the 32 best teams of the World Cup. Only now can the real celebration begin, because BiH is definitely in the round of 16.
