On 15 June 2020 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out an Appeals Judgment dated 8 June 2020in the case of Damir Nurkić et al., dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and upholding the Trial Judgment of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 19 March 2020.
The Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 19 March 2020 acquitted the accused of the charges as follows: Damir Nurkić – the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(3) of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH) as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH, and the accused Savo Dragišić – the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(4) CC BiH as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
