The Bosnian National Theater has had a successful theater year and is currently working on the repertoire for the 2013 year. By the end of the theater season, they have in plan to stage and adapt six more theater show. The first one would be a theater drama ” Life is ahead of you” by Roman Gary, in the direction by Lajla Kaikčija. The premiere performance of this theater show is scheduled for the 19th January 2013. Within the Children’s, youth and puppet stage ”Little prince” will also be staged in January. The premiere performance of this theater show is scheduled for the 25th January 2013.
The plans for the remainder of the season include the collaboration with Dino Mustafić, who will stage a new theater show. Two comedies are also in the process of preparation. One comedy will be directed by Nina Kleflin. By the very end of the season, the Bosnian National Theater Zenica will stage a puppet show called ” The queen of laundry machines”.
Another novelty is that Bosnian National Theater Zenica will perform their theater shows in front of Sarajevo audience. This theater has already signed the protocol on collaboration with Sarajevo theater houses. First guest performance is scheduled on the 1st February 2013, where the members of the Bosnian National Theater ensemble will perform the drama ”Nora, Nora” by Evald Flisar and directed by Lajla Kaikčija, at the Sarajevo War Theater.
Bosnian National Theater will organize the Festival of B&H Drama 2013 from the 11th till 19th May.
