Brčko: Cooperation Agreement Signed With Humanitarian Organization ‘Hifswerk Austria International’

Vlada-Brcko-DistriktaThe Mayor of Brčko District Anto Domić signed an agreement on cooperation on the implementation of the project ‘System of social housing-development of an integrated model in theory and practice with the international humanitarian organization ‘Hilfswerk Austria International’.

The project envisages the construction of 10 housing units in the area of Brčko District for the purpose of social care and is co-financed by funds from the EU in the amount of one million BAM and with the support of the Brčko District government.

‘’With the signing of this document, Brčko District B&H commits itself and ensured 100.000 BAM in subsidies for the construction of facilities, for which the location is yet to be determined. The predicted date for the construction is 20 months, although works should be completed by the end of 2014’’, said Mayor Domić.
