On  11 January, Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Michael Scanlan met with NATO HQ Sarajevo Commander, Brigadier General Pamela McGaha to discuss the current state of the affairs in BiH and Brcko District in particular.

PDHR/Supervisor Scanlan stressed that the District is an example of successful post-war coexistence and that special care must be taken by all to make sure that it continues to function that way. “Brcko District and its status is not to be misused by politicians in BiH for the purposes of daily politics,” was one  of messages shared by the Supervisor during the meeting.
