Brčko and the European Movement in B&H Strengthen Activities on the Way to European Integrations

brckoBrčko – the mayor of the Brčko District Anto Domić signed yesterday with the president of the European movement in B&H, Predrag Paštal the Memorandum about cooperation between the Brčko District and the European Movement in B&H.

The signatories of the memorandum committed to strengthen joint activities and media presentation within the project of European integrations.

The two days lasting regional conference of the European regions at which participated the presidents of the regional assemblies from Austria, Germany, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and B&H preceded the signing of the memorandum.

The participants expressed the desire to work together on implementing objectives concerning the approaching to the EU.

“With desire for a better coordination and joint efforts to help the process of enlargement of the EU members, we can say that we are satisfied with the current situation concerning the fulfilling of conditions when it comes to the countries of the region. As for B&H, both of its entities should look up to the Brčko District because most of the things regarding this subject were achieved here.” – said the Austrian Ambassador to B&H, martin Pamer.
