Member of the German Bundestag Jasmina Hostert is currently visiting the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at the same time her hometown – Sarajevo.

As part of her visit to Sarajevo, Hostert met with Mayor Benjamina Karic.

Hostert expressed her gratitude for the reception and emphasized the importance of maintaining good relations between the two friendly countries.

Considering the interest expressed by Hostert, Mayor Karic briefly introduced her to the current social, economic and political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its capital.

On that occasion, Karic said that she and Hostert have a common mission in which they want to lead Bosnia and Herzegovina towards the European Union in the future.

“We have a joint mission in which we see Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union in the future with strengthened economic, cultural and other ties with our valued citizens in the diaspora,” Mayor Karic said.
