Caner Taylan, suspected of Double Murder in Zenica, arrested

Caner Taylan, who was wanted for the double murder in Zenica, was arrested on Thursday. This was confirmed by Hasan Hodzic, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior of Central Bosnia Canton told Radiosarajevo.ba.

“He was arrested by the police officers of the Ministry of Interior Support Unit in cooperation with the Criminal Police Sector and the police officers of the Busovaca Police Station,” Hodzic said.

A double murder took place in Zenica yesterday, for which Caner (Fuat) Taylan, a Turkish citizen residing in Zenica, is suspected. The ZDK Ministry of the Interior announced yesterday that at 9.30 am, in Zenica, in Nikola Tesla Street, an unknown person used cold steel to injure O.R. born in 1957, from Zenica, who died at the scene of the crime as a result of his injuries. Shortly afterwards, they confirmed the second murder of a person, whose identity has not yet been revealed.
