Canton Sarajevo: Draft Budget 774.900.000 BAM for Canton Sarajevo

sarajevoThe government of Canton Sarajevo confirmed yesterday in the continuation of an extraordinary session the draft budget of Canton Sarajevo for 2014 in the amount of 774.900.000 BAM.

At the initiative of the Prime Minister Suad Zeljković, the government adopted a separate resolution with funds in the amount of 8.900.000 BAM for the reconciliation of tranches of higher education for a part of November and December last year included in the budget deficit of Canton Sarajevo for 2013.

The Ministry of Finance of Canton Sarajevo will determine the exact procedure for the disbursement of these funds to higher education institutions.

In the following session, the government determined a draft law on the execution of the budget for this year.

Both documents were forwarded to the parliamentary procedure so that, after discussion at the next session, representatives of Canton Sarajevo adopted it and sent to public discussion, announced the Canton Sarajevo Press Office.
