According to journalists, the current political situation and the unresolved issues in the FB&H were discussed during the several hours of the meeting.

The British Ambassador stated that he will strongly support the efforts of Škaljić in the strengthening of this institution.

“We will convey all our experiences to help the strengthening and modernization of the Parliament in order to ensure its efficient operation. I am grateful to the Chairman Škaljić on his efforts invested in that regard”, stated Casey.

Škaljić noted that during the meeting the issue of the Security Commission on the Shares of FB&H and the Law on Ministerial and Government Appointments was also discussed.

“It is necessary to enable the Parliament services to create a jointly strong and modern authority between the two chambers in order to reach higher productivity and efficiency”, said Škaljić.
