izetbegovicChairman of the Presidency of BiH, Bakir Izetbegovic, received the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic, and emphasized that the maintenance of good bilateral relations between BiH and neighboring countries is among top priorities of BH foreign policy.

They agreed that relations between BiH and Serbia are stable and that the bilateral cooperation between the two countries is good and opened, which is confirmed by dynamic exchange of official visits of the highest and high-ranking officials in the past.

Both countries are committed to the development of good neighborly policy on the principles of mutual respect and respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, and opened issues should be resolved in a constructive dialogue in future bilateral activities on the political and expert level.

Overall relations between BiH and Serbia are seen as extremely important for the overall positive atmosphere in the region and positioning of the region as a safe place for foreign investment.

The meeting, on behalf of the member of the Presidency of BiH from Republika Srpska Mladen Ivanic, was attended by adviser Mira Pekic, and adviser Igor Planinic attended the meeting on behalf of the Croatian member of the Presidency of BiH, Dragan Covic.
