Ćavar at the Ministerial Meeting in Milan

mladen ćavarDeputy Minister of Security of B&H Mladen Ćavar will participate at the ministerial meeting of the European Union on disaster risk reduction, which will be held today in Milan.

The meeting is organized by Ministry of Internal Affairs of Italy in cooperation with European Commission in accordance with the program of European Forum on disaster risk reduction.

In addition to the Ministers of Interior and Security, the conference will be attended by EU Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response Kristalina Georgieva.

Ministers will have the opportunity to exchange views on the development program of disaster risk reduction, which has an increasing role in the planning and implementation of sustainable development, climate change adaptation, and public and private investments, announced the Ministry of Security of B&H.
