Extracts from the Provisional Voters’ List were available to voters for public inspection in the period from June 6 to July 6, 2026. According to the information provided by the election commissions of the basic constituencies, a total of 6,299 voters verified their data.
The largest number of checks was recorded in Prijedor (2,412), Banja Luka (1,553), Tuzla (410) and Brčko District of BiH (210).
According to the submitted data, out of a total of 143 election commissions, 45 of them did not record any data checks, while 82 recorded from one to 30 checks. In five election commissions, from 31 to 60 checks were recorded, in three from 61 to 100 checks, in four from 101 to 200 checks, in two from 201 to 500 checks, while two election commissions recorded more than 1,000 data checks.
Electoral commissions also submitted information about persons known to have passed away, who are still on the Provisional Voter List. According to the submitted data, the names of 827 deceased persons were recorded in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In accordance with Article 3.1. Paragraph (5) of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 17 of the Ordinance on the Form, Content, Use and Preparation of Extracts from the Central Voters’ List, election commissions of basic constituencies were obliged to display the Provisional Voters’ List for public inspection in the period from 120 to 90 days before the day of the election, announced the CEC of BiH.
