The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an Order today instructing the Main Counting Centre to determine the exact voter turnout at specific polling stations, conduct a manual recount of ballots, and establish the voting results for those polling stations where – according to reports from the information system – discrepancies were identified between the manual count, the electronic count, and data from biometric devices.
Today’s Order supersedes a portion of the Order issued on October 16, 2026.
The Order has been published on the website of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Main Counting Centre will begin executing the Order tonight during the third shift, which starts at 10:30 PM, in accordance with the Centre’s operational schedule (located at the ZETRA facility in Sarajevo).
Accredited observers for the Main Counting Centre may be present while the Order of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being carried out, the institution announced.
