The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Coalition of Republika Srpska and SNSD the decision which rejects their proposal to annul the elections in Srebrenica. The decision states that the proposal of the Coalition was groundless. The spokesperson of the CEC confirmed this decision.

According to the spokesperson of the CEC, Maksida Pirić, this decision of the CEC is still not their final decision, because the Coalition of Republika Srpska and SNSD still have the right to address their appeal to the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

” If there is no appeal in two days period, the requirement for the confirmation of election results in Srebrenica will be ready”- explained Pirić. She also added how that appeal has to be addressed to the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina via the CEC of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Together with their appeal, the opinion of the CEC has to be sent to the Appellate Division of the Court. The Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has three days to pass a decision on the appeal.
