CEFTA Week in Sarajevo

Peter-SorensenA two-day gathering titled “CEFTA week” will open on Monday, 18 November in Sarajevo.

The Head of the EU delegation to B&H, Peter Sorensen, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in B&H, Ermina Salkičević- Dizdarević and the General Secretary of the Regional Cooperation Council Goran Svilanović will open this event.

The event is organized by the competent Ministry in cooperation with the project of support to the trade policy and capacity building in B&H. This event is one in a series of activities from the program “Presidency of B&H to CEFTA Agreement”, announced the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in B&H.

During “CEFTA week” 9 sessions will be held, where the representatives of CEFTA, international organizations, academic community and chambers of commerce of countries in the region will give an overview on the implementation of the agreement.

The Ministry announced that on Wednesday, 20 November, the meeting of CEFTA joint board at the ministerial level will be held, where the suggestions and issues discussed at the “CEFTA week” will be presented.
