Based on the Report on the Audit of Financial Statements of Political Parties for 2018, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has fined for violating certain provisions of the Law on Financing of Political Parties and the Election Law of BiH.
A total of 53 political parties were fined in the total amount of 337,150 BAM. Those adopted decisions on imposing sentences are not final, they can be appealed to the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH within 15 days from the day of receiving the decision, the CEC of BiH announced.
