ceo 2017“After each failure comes success,” “We should not wait for the right time to come, we should start working right now,” “There is no recipe for success, work hard and the results will come,” are just some of the messages that were presented on the biggest CEO conference that was organized by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarajevo, after four years of successful implementation of the project of the CEO Conference and a huge regional success.

Armin Talic, the creator of the CEO conference, said that this conference is getting better  and bigger every year, and noted that young people should ask themselves a key question, which is: “What they want to be when they grow up?”

“The CEO conference is much larger story than this hall in which we are now. This project is creating long-term relationships, friendships and great cooperation throughout the entire region. The values that the CEO story brings are much bigger than this particular conference, I believe that young people will leave this conference inspired and with new experiences,” said project manager Nazif Holjan.

A total of 1,000 attendees who were present on the day-long program speaks enough about this conference, which was filled with great life stories of successful speakers who are breaking down all stereotypes and prove that dreams can be realized, with a lot of work, passion, and persistence.

Great surprise for all the participants were video messages by Edin Dzeko, Amra Silajdzic, Enis Beslagic and Damir Dzumhur, who sent a message to all attendees that they should be persistent in what they really want and that they must never give up regardless of how difficult it gets.

As from the very beginning, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarajevo is organizing the CEO conference in cooperation with the Youth Employment Project (YEP) with the support of the Government of Switzerland.
