The Chairman of CoM met with Delegation of European People’s Party

denis zvizdic eu meetingThe Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić met with the delegation of the European People’s Party led by the Vice President and MEP Paul Rangel.

The topics of the meeting were the economic and political situation in BiH, as well as the role of young people, the importance of regional cooperation and the European and NATO path of BiH. It was pointed out that the European People’s Party supports BiH on its European path.

Chairman Zvizdić informed the delegation that the last year was one of the most successful on the path towards Europe. It was highlighted that they are working on achievement of constructive and friendly cooperation in the region, and that it is the one of the priorities of the Council of Ministers in the upcoming period.

Moreover, Chairman Zvizdić thanked for the support that the European People’s Party gives to BiH and he informed present ones about the future plans regarding the performance of BiH at the summit in Trieste in July this year.

The meeting was attended by Doris Pack from Germany, Miro Kovac from Croatia, Jens Ahl from Sweden, Nikola Eric from Serbia, Constantin Codreanu from Romania, Jelena Drenjanin from Sweden, Oliver Morwinsky from Germany, Jan Pieter from Holland, Monika Reiner from Austria, from AttilaTilku Hungary, Patrick Voller from Austria, Hege van Dijk from the Netherlands, Julia Lisens-Zalutskaja from Estonia and Ajla Hotić from BiH.
