Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić met in Bihać with the Prime Minister of the Una-Sana Canton, Mustafa Ružnić.

The reason for the meeting was the event marking the 31st anniversary of the formation of the 505th Knight Bužim Mountain Brigade of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Chairman Komšić emphasized the moral and human obligation he feels towards the heroic struggle of the Krajišniks in the war, as well as towards the struggle of all other fighters in Bosnia and Herzegovina who defended our homeland, especially taking into account the difficult conditions of that struggle during the aggression against our homeland.

The interlocutors discussed the current political situation, the work of the executive and legislative authorities in the Una-Sana Canton, and the future activities of the government. It was assessed that the current government is stable after a long time, and it was announced that all future activities of the government in this canton will be exclusively aimed at improving living conditions and for the benefit of all citizens of Krajina.

In addition to the prime minister, the meeting was attended by ministers and the chairman of the Una-Sana Canton Assembly, the BiH Presidency announced.
