The Chairman of the BiH Presidency Nebojša Radmanović received a letter of credence from Jose Antonio Arospide del Busta, the newly appointed Ambassador of Peru to BiH, whose seat is in Bucharest.
Radmanović said that BiH, despite the geographical distance, wishes to develop good and friendly relations with Peru, and specifically pointed out the interest in expanding economic cooperation.
Chairman Radmanović informed the Ambassador of Peru of the current political situation and fulfilling foreign policy priorities, and said that BiH is committed to becoming a EU member state.
Ambassador del Busto assessed that BiH and Peru have good relations, and mentioned that there are no open-ended questions between the two countries.
He said that Peru is interested in better trade and tourism cooperation with BiH.
