Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić informed the delegation of businessmen from India on the political and economic situation in BiH, paying special attention on the progress of BiH on the European path.
He stressed that one of the priorities of the Council of Ministers of BiH is economic development and creation of new jobs by attracting foreign investment, all in order for young people to remain in BiH. Moreover, he explained that the comparative advantages of Bosnia and Herzegovina are its geo-strategic position, the benefits of doing business with the EU, natural resources, educated workforce and benefits for foreign investors.
Zvizdic pointed out that the most promising sectors for investment in BiH, in addition to infrastructure and military industry, Zvizdić emphasized agriculture, food, automobile, metal and wood industry, the energy sector, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical industry and tourism.
Businessmen from India expressed satisfaction with the visit and reception in BiH, and expressed interest in launching new projects.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in India Sabit Subasic and Honorary Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina Suhas Mantri, was announced from the Council of Ministers.
