Cheese from B&H on this years’ Sarajevo Holiday Market

The Association of cheese makers in B&H will present their products to all visitors of the Sarajevo Holiday Market during the next month. They have prepared cheese tasting and a lot of other awards games for all customers. In the collaboration with the organizers, the association is also negotiating to organize the event of cheese nights. The visitors will have the opportunity to taste and buy some of the various and most delicious cheese that is being produced in B&H. All members of the Association of cheese makers also agreed to present their products under the motto ” Vrijedne ruke”. The Association of cheese makers in B&H employs over 122 workers and more than 800 subcontractors are being bought which process over 4 million liters of milk. The only goal of this Association is to lower the percentage of import of cheese to B&H. USAID/Sida FARMA project and the Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry, and ” Caritas” from France support the activities of this Association, in hope that they will achieve to reach their goals.
