Chelsea not to bring Dzeko after all?

As reported by Sky Sports, chances that Edin Dzeko, the captain of the National football team of BiH and Roma striker, will transfer to Chelsea are decreasing, and Chelsea is already looking for alternative solutions. Chelsea was planning to bring Edin Dzeko together with his teammate from Roma, Emerson Palmieri, but, at this moment, chances for realization of those transfers are quite slim.

Renowned medias, including Sky Sports, write that Chelsea offered one-year contract to Dzeko, while he wants contract until 2020. Allegedly, he is also worried that he might be left short with time in the game, since Alvaro Morata is in the team as well.

Therefore, Chelsea turned to the striker of Arsenal Oliver Giraud, while Arsenal is trying to bring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borusia Dortmund.

Manager of Arsenal Arsen Wenger stated that he would let Giroud only in case that he manages to bring the new striker.

When it comes to Palmieri, his transfer is also questionable. However, more information should be available by Monday.
