The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadic and her associates met with the Chief Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton Sabina Sarajlija and her Deputy.
The meeting discussed current events in the past few days, related to respirators and treatment of Covid-19 patients at KCUS, as well as further activities of prosecutorial and judicial institutions.

The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton, based on media reports, in accordance with its competence, formed a case related to a letter from a doctor from KCUS on the usability of respirators in the treatment of patients in KCUS, severe consequences for health and life of patients, and other problems the so-called Covid department, in which he will act in the coming period.
It was agreed at the meeting that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Prosecutor’s Office of Canton Sarajevo, within the above cases, will act urgently in coordinated activities, and exchange collected information and evidence, in order to determine all facts and circumstances under which ACM 812A respirators were put into operation and used to treat patients with Covid 19.
