The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, filed a report against N.N. prosecutors and N.N. judge, due to the unauthorized publication of the letter of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the case of Milorad Dodik and others.

The application refers to the submission and enabling of an unauthorized person to view the content of the judge’s letter for the preliminary hearing, i.e. the failure to take the necessary measures in order to protect the integrity of the criminal file and the supervision of persons who have legal access to court and prosecutorial files, so that as a result of the aforementioned action/failure parts of the aforementioned document were published in the media, which undermined the integrity of the proceedings in the case, as well as the credibility of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Court of BiH.

Also, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will act in accordance with the instructions of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the aforementioned letter, within the time limit provided by law, that institution announced.
